· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of December 2024 is 125,750 up by 2,776 or 2% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 20,657,637, an increase of 0% from the previous year.

Ridership continues to recover in 2024 and is still approximately 33 percent lower than pre-pandemic level.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 69% for the month of December 2024. Out of a total of 113 routes, 28 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while two (2) routes, Route 151 and Route 671, had an on-time performance of less than 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including on-time performance monthly.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for December was 302,883 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 10,096 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the December sign-up and will remain in effect until the March sign-up.

- Route 43, trippers added to address schedule adherence.

- Route 200, trippers added to address scheduled adherence.
